Proving undue influence when contesting a will requires that someone has exerted “undue influence” upon a person making a will which causes the testator (male) or testatrix (female) to include provisions in his or her will which he or she would normally not include except for the undue influence of a third party who stands to benefit from those unusual provisions of the will.
