Don was a guest of mine at various restaurants for 25 years, gradually becoming a friend.

As I moved back to Colorado after covid, I contacted Don as I needed to evict renters in my house. He was instrumental in helping me to handle a delicate situation with a great outcome.

Shortly after moving back into my house in Denver, I was approached by an old colleague to take a short term job in the Bay Area. I was ready to take the job when my colleague presented me with a 30 page contract. Reluctant to sign the contract I had Don examine it. The next day, Dan presented me with a page and a half of concerns about the contract, Letting me know that I should never sign my name into it. He saved me from multiple headaches as I did not take the job.

Having known Dan for over 35 years, I can recommend him highly for any legal matter. He is extremely smart, Responded quickly to any request, And has shown himself to be of great character. I would rate him Higher than five stars if I could. I would not hesitate ever to pick up the phone if I ever had a question about a legal matter.

BTW, the other attorneys in some of these matters mention Don’s thoroughness in most complementary terms. I think his background of also having been a CPA gives him additional insight into tax and financial intricacies but he never steps beyond what he has knowledge and assurance about.
