Purpose of Personal Check-up

The Personal Checkup is 21 questions, and includes such basic questions as whether you have a will, a living will, and a medical power of attorney, and more sophisticated questions such as whether you have considered an umbrella insurance policy.

The Personal Checkup is intended to encourage you to think about your estate plan and to review your estate plan to make sure it is current.
